HSV Family Practice is Hiring a Medical Assistant Near Huntsville, AL
Family Medical Practice has immediate opening for a full time Medical Assistant.
Primary responsibilities include - directing patients to exam rooms, vitals signs, updating medications and health history in EMR, injections, phlebotomy, EKG and inhouse testing of FLU, STREP, COVID.
Additional responsibilities include - calling patients back with results, answering patient calls, scheduling diagnostic testing, sending referrals to outside providers, prior authorizations for medications and general office duties.
Minimum 1 year experience in medical office is required.
The office is a drug and smoke free environment, offer of employment will be contingent on pre-employment drug screening.
Qualified candidates are asked to submit a resume with salary requirements

Pay: $11.00 - $15.00 per hour
